Animals harmed in the making??

I'm certain that animals were killed or harmed in the scene where the zoo gets bombed.

who cares...

"Who cares..."

People who aren't psychopaths do.

reply

And do you *beep* know how many HUMANS were killed or harmed during events depicted in movie?

reply

OK, but humans weren't killed in the making of the movie.

reply

Did you delete my post:

Wow, it looks you're pretty well informed about making this movie

or something like that?

reply

Animals are not hurted or killed..
Who are you that you say such stupid things as : "I'm sure that..."
Where do you live???
This is a movie.. *beep*
Like that i can say that Luc Besson killed a "Leon" during a filming of his movie... and that I want Leon back.. and maybe that he pays me some money for that.. oh, you stupid f...
I'm from Serbia - Belgrade, and i know that animals are not hurted..

reply

No, they weren`t.

reply

Who cares anyway? A lot of animals die to feed the crew and cast of all movies, who cares if a few die in the film making too? Really this PETA nonsense has to stop.

reply

BECAUSE do we really want to go back to a society where animals were sacrificed(tortured to death) for others personal enjoyment and then just thrown in the garbage heap? If we don't let PETA do it's thing, we will have plenty of films which, for a western example, ship their horses to set in a plane not specially designated for animals ,without ketamine injections(animal tranquilizers),in cargo boxes, and without iv drips so they arent dehydrated by the voyage-you can guarantee this b/c producers trynto cut corners wherever possible and b/c animals cant complain, they will treated like dirt.
WHEN you see animal abuse on camera, you can be certain of these other abuses.

reply

Who says sacrificed animals were tortured to death? At least no more than animals we now eat are tortured to death, probably less so for sacrifices (better quality of life too). With the amount of humans suffering or being tortured around the world it's is immoral what PETA people are doing spending so much money and effort for crap. Imagine how many starving children could be saved.
Life is a cycle, animals are for eating. Even Yahweh the God of the Bible was angered when Cain offered him plants while Abel sacrificed animals and pleased him much (yes, I'm making fun of the Bible silliness and/or barbarism)

Watch Food Inc, animals LIVE in a situation 24/7 that is torture

reply

That's why I said that the society you alluded to that sacrificed animals weren't torturing them any more than we do today and probably less.
Life is brutal, it's not sacred. Intelligence is the only thing that matters, life is recyclable. Life depends on killing.

You don't go to the zoo and feel a profound connection to animals that seems both primal and enlightened at the same time? Why have animals been such powerful symbols and incredibly important in story telling which reflects how we see the outside world? It's because they are necessary, not jet in protein form, they bring a spiritual ecstasy that can only be reached by drugs, sex, and violence....

reply

There's nothing enlightened about animals, it's all in your (some people's) head. They're just dumber versions of us dumb humans. ;p
Primal (awe) can be fascinating though, but it's not reason enough to stay the other primal reaction to animals (food).
I see the symbolism of animals and value it, just as I value eating them too.

PS: You mention spiritual ecstasy and sex in the same sentence and you expect me not to make a joke about bestiality? :p

Food, Inc is *beep* propaganda.

reply

Maybe eating and killing animals for food should also be prohibited then. Your nonsense has to stop.

reply

Maybe someone should go to you're house and kill you during the night...since many humans die everyday too.

reply

Who cares? Decent human beings my friend, that's who. You know that indifference to the suffering of animals is a major signifier of psychopathic tendencies in children? And you are a child, a small scared little weakling that thinks it sounds tough to talk like this. It just means when you need help, the stranger you ask will deny you when they see the cold look in your eyes, the look of someone that's already dead. I pity all the lost souls who think that compassion allows you to pick and choose what you have compassion for.

reply

Hell, let's just kill a few actors while we're at it. No one's gonna miss *them*, after all.

reply

Why do you assume that because you see the zoo bombed, real animals were harmed? It's a film. They make illusions--that's their job.

We see people shot and killed in this film, too--do you think the actors were really shot, set on fire, etc.?

I'm certain, in any case, that the kitten that Blacky shines his shoes with was plush, not a real kitten.

nobody gives a *beep* people die everyday. go make Africa like one of your western countries. stop crying over worthless issues. now piss off

Nobody gives a submarining phoque. 10x harmed or killed would be worth for bringing us this masterpiece.
