Because I remember watching a boxing movie when I was young, it aired on HBO, and it said the c-word, and it shocked me. I have seen thousands of movies since then and can't remember every frame and line of all of them, but it seems like it's this one.
If that's the scene, and line, you're talking about, it has stuck with me for a good 15-16 years now.

when tyson's boy tells rooney to lay off mike b/c givens 'lost' the baby: 'why dont you take a walk you fu<k!ing leach, mr $250-thou-a-year friend!'
rooney had a bad mouth but was funny; when he was talking about tyson getting duped by givens and her mom: 'nobody has the balls to tell him he's getting fu<k#d over by mrs. claptrap and mommie-fu<k!ing-dearest!'
