What happened to the boy actor in this movie???

What happened to Jerry Barone, who played Gennaro?
He only has the ONE listing on IMDB, period, the end.

Anyone know?
If you don't feel comfortable giving specifics, that's fine -- I just wondered if he just decided not to be in any more films, or what...?

He quit acting. I know him. I do not know the specifics about why he quit but I was at his house about a month ago and he is living a normal life.
