How is this no longer in the IMDb Top 250?

Are people getting dumber? I know, I know, IMDb ratings aren't the best metric for rating movies but man this sickens me. You've got trash like Harry Potter and Avengers in there. This movie is a masterpiece and should be in the top 100 at least.
