The insane ending (SPOILER)

Does anyone know of any links to video of the climactic final scene of this film? I believe the Kevin Dillon character says something to the effect of "I was inside you" and then plummets to his death. I have the feeling that Kevin Dillon actually says and does this on a fairly regular basis by the way.

Yep he says it and I almost fell off the bed. I for one felt sorry for Alicia's character coz I think she was falling for him and didn't want it all to turn out like I think subconsciously she knew it would. That's why she was so upset.
Those Dillon dudes sure play the bad boys well don't they?
Matt Dillon's Character in "A Kiss Before Dying" made Kevin Dillon's character in this look like Capt Kangaroo!

lol! That was the best dramatic suspenful cheesy ending ever. I just love how he was (literally) hanging at the end of his rope and being all like, serious.

Didn't like this movie. One big reason is the ending. As soon as you see all the jagged broken glass you know he's going to fall into it. Run of the mill and formulaic. Blah.

That... and it made no sense. The cop knows the guy is a serial killer... and she is in danger... yet he leaves a room full of cops to run to her aid without backup. Really?

I still liked the movie as a whole.. just the ending was stupid.

Anyone know why when this plays on Showtime that they call it Dangerous Kiss?

Wow. I knew he died violently but I didn't know he said that to her before he died. It's been sooooooooo long since I'd seen this film. I gotta check it out again.

Yes, the ending was insane but the plot (or script) was bad anyway. There was little doubt who the murderer was, since all but one of the male characters were too weakly developed to turn out to be the villain. Mary lacked plausibility as a character. Other than the rather unlikely wish to become some Nancy Drew, she fell in love with Tony a little too easily. It was quite unbelievable that she continued to delude herself even after finding the bottle of cleaners and the blue Malibu. Of course, it might still turn out that the killer was someone else, but then the film would have to resort to even more contrived explanations.

The ending was completely predictable. It was clear that the black dude had to play a role at the end, but he wouldn't be able to save Mary since there was a machine for breaking glass and someone had to fall into it.

The Alicia character becoming a cop in uniform at the end was also far-fetched. She liked to play Nancy Drew and admittedly showed good analytical skills in solving the puzzles, but there was little indication in the film that she had the physical (perhaps also mental) toughness to be a female cop.
