BEES! (What would happen today?)

Anyone with law enforcement experience is who I'm aiming this question at.

If you witnessed a citizen or 2 trying to trick you by running their car off the road and quickly jumping out freaking out over bees, what action would be taken?

I know it's a comedy, but was interested in seeing what would actually go down in this situation in 2016 compared to how it went down in the movie.
