Was there even a plot to this movie?

I watched it last night, and for the life of me I could not even discern if there was a plot! It was so poorly scripted that I had trouble figuring out who were the good guys, who the bad guys were, whether the good guys were cops or the mafia, who the main bad guy was, who the girl who gave the 'massage' to that guy was, what the purpose of many of the scenes were, etc! Seriously, was there any other point to this movie other than to see Anna Nicole's big tits? And even Anna did not have much screentime, which seems odd considering she was the only remotely famous person in this movie, as her co-star was unknown Joey Travolta, whose sole claim to fame is that he is the much less talented brother of John Travolta!

Definition of troll on IMDb - anyone who expresses a view different to mine.

I think we all would have understood TO THE LIMIT better if we had seen DA VINCI'S WAR, to which TO THE LIMIT was the sequel. But that just brings us right back to what you noted: that Anna Nicole Smith is the one who put this movie on the map. Never mind that it was atrocious casting; they needed a star, so they found one.

For movie and TV buffs, however, Smith was certainly not "the only remotely famous person." For example, a key supporting role was played by Branscombe Richmond, who was "Bobby Sixkiller" in the TV series RENEGADE. And some of the other women appearing in the film were, like Anna Nicole, PLAYBOY Playmates whom longtime readers of PLAYBOY certainly recognized.

"I just saw the last 45 minutes of a brilliant, lovely movie. I saw 22 hooters, a few hot and heavy sex scenes, several cheesy gunfights, many explosions, bunch of guys getting killed, and... had NO story at all! It had... everything!"

Al Bundy (Ed O'Neill) on episode 7.21 'Movie Show' "Married with Children".
