'Do it' line was so similar to one used in 'Starsky and Hutch'

If you watch the movie "Starsky and Hutch", Ben Stiller's character (Starsky) impersonates a big-time mobster and uses the "Do it!" phrase, same as Christoper Walken's character does in this movie. Same intonation and accent, etc.

"Starsky and Hutch" movie came out nearly ten years later.... I don't know if that's where "Starsky and Hutch" got it from, but it was pretty striking the way Ben Stiller's 'Starsky' sounded almost identical to Christopher Walken's character in the use of this "Do it!" line.
