Who is your favorite character in the movie, there are so many memorable character butt her is my list:

1. Critical Bill (best role that Treat Williams played in his career).
2. Olden aka Pieces (Christopher Loyd is great and underapreciated actor).
3. Mr. sssst(Steve Buscemi doesnt say much butt his face says many things, Jack Warden called him a turtle, i think thats accurate, he looks like a turtle in a way).

I love this film, therefore I like all characters, however I´d agree with you about Critical Bill and Chris Lloyd. Anyway, I don´t wanna repeat the list, so I made a new one:

1. Bernard (I feel sorry for the freak. He sends flowers to the girl and they come back dead).
2. Joe Heff (Jack Warden´s got the best lines, like in the ending, when he compares life to a mustard burp).
3. Jimmy the Saint (that´s a bit obvious, but he´s really cool, smart, decent, noble, a hero from the past).
4. Easy Winds (the guy looks like Forest Whitaker and I like when he says that life´s shorter than a summer vacation. I agree).
5. Lucinda (Fairuza Balk is a really good actress, but they only offer her the same kind of role. The part where Jimmy kicks the bad beat guy is nice).
6. The leader of the black mafia, I don´t know his name, the guy in the suit, he´s funny).
I love this film.

Defintely Critical Bills character was my fave, but then again, I love Treat in anything, and also Andy Garcia was amazing in this flick!

Buscemi was good but his part was tiny. Christopher Loyd's part was small too but I was thrilled to see him playing against type. He was perfect in his role in the pivotal scene trying to keep it together as the kidnapping goes south. I hardly recognized him without his electrified white hair!
