I know this is 6 years later but I am just seeing this movie for the first time tonight.
Not sure about the Yellow Rose of Texas but have found some information on the other song.
It is on the Doctor Who the TV movie soundtrack called All Dressed Up. Not sure where to buy it but hope this helps.
