Does ANYONE have the FIRST EPISODE?

I have been searching for Season 1, Episode One for years. To my knowledge it has not been released on DVD by HBO, i cant find anyone selling bootlegs of it, and HBO never showes reruns that far back.

IF anyone has a copy or knows where to get a copy of this episode i would greatly appreciate it.
