Any idea why so few full episodes made it to DVD or even VHS?

I know there are those 'best of' Taxicab Confessions DVDs/videos, but why no DVDs of, for instance, the 1st 3 NYC episodes, then a few DVDs of the Vegas episodes? (Are all of the recent NYC ones out on DVD in that 3-part box set?)

It would be a shame if the clips not on DVD wind up being forgotten & abandoned all sue to HBO deciding to release only certain ones in compilation DVDs.

Anyone else agree?
