Vests, VESTS, and MORE VESTS!

Could the costume designer have draped any more vests on Jack Scalia? For the love, virtually ever scene Scalia was in had him swathed in vest. It just did not seem to fit the role.

Really, would a sociopathic cop on the make prance around in vest, day in and day out?
