Does Buddy ever call Guy a runt in this film?

I was watching Horrible Bosses and I swear Kevin Spacey's character just said a couple lines from Swimming With Sharks, about his worker being a runt. I can't find it in the quotes, so I wondered if someone might know. Thanks!
