Evidence Buddy is Joel Silver

I know that it's said that the Buddy character is a composite, but one overt bit of proof is that that it was at least based on part on Joel Silver is during the torture scene:

Guy rubs salt on Buddy's wounds and says something like, "I saw this in a movie once, one of yours, I believe".

That's a reference to the torture scene in "Lethal Weapon" where Danny Glover's character is tortured by having salt rubbed into his wound. "Lethal Weapon" was produced by Joel Silver.
