akuma since bison thinks about modernisation too much i.e combining his psycho power with devices

akuma has no uses for such things and will just raging demon bison ...like in super street fighter II turbo

Yeah, in the story that actually happened multiple times, and Akuma won each time. He's killed Bison like 2-3 times already.

In the games Bison was beaten because he was in a weaker replacement body. In the comics they were pretty evenly matched until his psycho drive was tampered with.

Canon, Akuma kills Bison in their first fight, but he comes back in a stronger body. I think Bison could take down Bison in a rematch like when he defeated Gill in a non-canon fight.
