The best animated Martial Arts movie!

Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie has to have the best animated fight scenes I have ever seen. I love Dragon Ball and Naruto, but neither one captures the feel of a real fight. I wish Gisaburo Sugii would direct more Martial Arts anime.
