Best soundtrack to a movie ever?

Ok so I realize the subject line may be a bit of an exaggeration, but that was just to get your attention. But seriously, isn't this an amazing soundtrack? It fit the movie perfectly and added an excellent atmosphere.

I really disliked the soundtrack actually. I think it's an extremely well directed film, but the soundtrack was the weak point for me.

I agree with the OP 100%. Have the ost on cd, it's one of my favorite compilations of music. Most of it's obscure bands and/or only written for the movie too, which is cool. "While the earth sleeps" is beautiful.

reply

It's definitely up there. I own the CD myself.

I was 15 when the movie came out. Saw it at 16 and afterwards bought the soundtrack and had it constantly in my car when driving around.

Top class, especially for a non-musical movie.

reply

Yes, good point, I hadn't even thought of that (its genre).

very good OST especially for Marilyn Manson and Testament songs 

Agreed. Selling Jesus and While the earth sleeps are amongst my favorite songs.

I don't know about the "Best" I can think of a few that are better, but it's definitely awesome. I bought the CD when the movie first came out and still listen to it. It's timeless. Love it.
