help...

Hey i'm looking for a film i saw years and years ago, i don't remember much about it, except a couple of scenes...

i wondered if any of you film buffs could assist me?

it was like a serial killer slasher film, pretty cheesey i think late 80's - early 90's.

based in a desert

the scene i remember is the serial killer knocked out this guy, buried him in the sand so only his head was above ground. the serial killer then got in a car and drove at this guy. the scene was shot from behind the guys head and you saw the car speeding towards him...

thats all i have.
