Clever film, but question....

Why did Jane have dreams of screaming at people so soon? Her husband had yet to mention to her that she was supposed to have a "bad temper".
That confused me.

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."

I'd have to guess it was just some where in her subconscious.

Well she really did have a bad temper - it wasn't just some line he was feeding her. Remember her slugging the dude on the field trip.
