Definitely stands the test of time. It hasn't aged a bit. Such a great and unforgettable movie. Forget about Fight Club and the others, Se7en is David Fincher's masterpiece.

shareWouldn't disagree with anyone who has Se7en as their favorite Fincher film. It's definitely in the top 3 for me, I still think Fight Club is the best thing he's done to date. Zodiac is another straight out masterpiece as well.

shareYes Seven was indeed superb, none can argue with that but what about Zodiak? Another amazing film by this very talented director.
shareSeven might be the better film but I prefer Zodiac, itโs a tonal thing. Seven is unrelentingly bleak, disgusting and depressing whereas Zodiac is an easier ride with more humour and likeable characters, but still disturbing. In fact, the idyllic lakeside setting of the second murder might be the most disturbing moment of the two films.
