I'd say the one prostitute because he made someone else do it to her, and the way he was shaking and was almost unable to talk after it just made the film so dark and sick!

It's been a while since I saw this movie, but I remember the Lust murder to be pretty horrible. Especially considering that the victim wasn't the one who commited the sin, her client was.

Just the thought of how that must have felt when the blade entered such a sensitive part of her body is unthinkable, and death would not happen quickly, but rather slowly and torturously as the knife went in and out, again and again. Her screams would be chilling. And one can only imagine the anticipation, when she saw him coming towards her with that thing and knew where it was going to go.
She was not the sinner. The knife would have been more appropriately used on the john.
