came robotically over an intercom in the "bar" scene...i missed most the movie...anyone know what they were kinda forced to smoke? like little red cigarettes
was it because of the atmosphere?

shareI was thinking maybe cloves? Pot? Who knows... do any smokables provide resistance to radiation or is that just a bit of sf? I haven't researched this at all. I was thinking of going back to the PKD story to see if they appeared in it, or were added to the movie. That way at least, I'd have an idea of what era research to look at.
