It's based on Dannion Brinkley, you idiot! Jesus. Roberts plays Dannion Brinkley here, a real guy.

Yes, I presume. I bought the books a few years ago (there are 2 books)and was impressed then. Tonight I saw the film, but needed a follow-up film which they didn't do so was a little disappointed, but enjoyed all thye same. I believe in life after death anyway!!
