It actually depends on what you're looking for. This movie has become a cult classic in the 90s.
The movie was a parody of how the film industry in India works, and Urmila plays an aspiring actress and Aamir plays a tapori and neighbour of Urmila's family. (One of the most memorable roles in Hindi films)
It's quite an entertaining film if you ask me. With brilliant screenplay done by Kamlesh Pandey and amazing music by the maestro A.R. Rahman.
