Where did this dude come from???

I missed any connection between the classroom scenes with a seemingly nice yuppy type schoolteacher and the ensuing scenes showing this same teacher doing a job on the bad boys (as good a job as Steven Seagal ever did), i.e., is he really agent 007 on secret assignment? An unfortunate side affect of this movie is it depicts a pretty poor image of law enforcement. P.S., I loved the scene with the "sharpshooter" in the helicopter destroying every square inch around the teacher but unable to hit him *chuckle*.

As far as I remember, the sharpshooter was deliberately missing him in order to make him panic and fall. I'd need to watch it again to remember why, however.

Yeah, the sharpshooter was trying to miss to make it look like an accident. The connection between the mild-mannered school-teacher and the pyscho martial arts guy (the same person) was that they injected him with stuff. The plot is thicker on the back of the DVD case than it is in the actual film.
