SHARON STONE PAID FOR LEO?
I mean she paid for him to be in the film!!.
I never knew this,I like this film but other people say it is crap and that I only like it because I like Sharon Stone dressed as a cowgirl.
Yeah, Leo was actually offered the role but the word "Western" came up and he didn't like the idea. Sharon though, was one of the co-producer's and although they was at their financial limit she said she would be willing to give half of her salary to Leo if he agreed to be in it because she wanted him so much. Leo still wasn't interested in it for a while (despite that everyone around him kept telling him that he should do it) and finally his agent told him they was going to hire another actor the next day if Leo refused once more. Leo thought it over one more time then decided that since he had nothing else planned he might as well go ahead and do the film. He ended up liking his character really well and people who worked with him on the set said he loved running around in cowboy clothes and getting to play in the old-looking western streets.
