Surely that was either Orla Brady or Michelle Fairley as café waitress?!

Have just reseen this great 1995 ep of 'Prime Suspect' (ep = "Inner Circles").

It's amazing, when rewatching old TV episodes, how many actors we can now spot in their small & start-up roles! ,-)

This episode was no exception:

There was a tiny 1-line part by a café waitress, who served 'DCI Tennison' (Helen Mirren) & a colleague (I seem to remember this colleague was 'DI Richard Haskons', played by Richard Hawley).

Despite the waitress role being a case of blink-&-you'll-miss-it(!) I would swear this part was played by an actress who - these 20 years later - is well known now & has lead roles.

She was speaking without her Irish accent, except for the last word that slipped a bit into her natural voice.

The ironic thing is that I am not sure if the actress was:
(i) Orla Brady
or
(ii) Michelle Fairley
As (IMHO) they look amazingly similar!

First I thought it was Orla Brady, then I remembered Michelle Fairley. Of course, by that time we had deleted the recorded episode so I can't review the scene to recheck! And YouTube sadly don't have that episode uploaded, so I can't check it there.
