Is this Commercially available in any form?

I saw this because I was able to get a "for your consideration" VHS copy off E-bay. I've since tranferred it to my digital recorder and cleaned it up a bit before burning it to DVD but would still like to buy a legit copy.

Anyone know if there are any plans of releasing it?
