Abduction

Why did that group burst in and kidnap Nagiko? What did the girl mean by "We must obliterate this crap?".

And what did that scene have to do with the rest of the movie? Did it add anything to the movie's themes? In terms of plot, it did bring Hoki back into the story, but in what seemed like a very farfetched way.
