Have to give my 2 cents on this one..

This movie shows Jackie Chan with all the features of his best movies, showing most obvious references to Police Story. The small, powerful cars are great! The choice of music is sweet and it all looks slick and professional. However it's missing a certain essence. In my view this movie is an 80s movie made in the mid-90s. So in some ways it's missing the energy and fun of a typical Jackie Chan movie.
