Wikipedia lists Don Bluth as director, yet IMDb doesn't list this on the official page. Did he pull an Alan Smithee or what?

Apparently he disliked the end result and didn't want to be credited as director. Which is kinda odd, considering he's made worse movies than this one.
Personally, I find "Thumbelina" and "A Troll in Central Park" a lot worse than this movie...
