is phillip riddley going to make any more movies,or is that it he hasent done one for ten years anyone know whats going on?.

He wants to, it's just impossible for him to get the funding. Reflecting Skin and Darkly Noon would never have been made today.

Let me rephrase that actually. It's impossible for him to him to get the funding for the films that HE wants to make - he's gotten offers from Hollywood and the like, but doesn't want to sell out. I definitely recommend you check out his plays and his children's books if you haven't done so already.
