does anyone know where i can purchase the dvd that has the commentary on it ?

It was only available in France and Italy for a very brief period, and was then discontinued. It's very, very rare; I had to wait six months for a copy to turn up on eBay. This was the only site I could find that still had it (everywhere else was sold out). It's a French site, and I don't know if they export to the UK. Hurry before someone else gets it!

thanks, the site is all in french and i cant work out how to order it. will give it a try though, thanks again for the info.

No problem, hope it works out. It's a very interesting commentary by Ridley, hopefully a new DVD will port it over at some point.
