Is this movie available on DVD in a Widescreen format?

I have the Seville 146 minute version from Canada and it is Full Screen. Anyone have a Widescreen version and where might it be available. Thanks for any help.

Supposedly there is (or was) an Italian DVD that is in the original 2.35:1-ish ratio, non anamorphic (I believe it, because there is an OK-quality rip floating around the net that is in widescreen). It supposedly also has a commentary from Ridley, but I'm skeptical. Either way, it's had just as terrible treatment on home video as Ridley's other (and much better) 90's film, "The Reflecting Skin". It seems he can't catch a break, and I'd be screaming at DVD studios if I saw my films being treated like this.

There's an Italian DVD and a French DVD of this film, and both feature the same non-anamorphic 2.35:1 transfer and the same audio commentary from Philip Ridley. These two aspects make these the best DVD releases of this film available. That said, the transfer sucks. Has a very fuzzy, analog look about it, with elevated black levels and dull colors. Damn shame, because this is (natively) a swell-looking film.

Also, there is no 146-minute version of this film. That's a misprint that originated with the North American VHS packaging, I believe.
