I just met Bobby Seale
He hates this movie! He says 90% of it is not accurate whatsoever.

Specifically, what are his objections.
If Bobby was to make this movie than what would he change about it?
Bobby sold his rights to someone who never made his movie. I have to believe that has played into his problem with the movie.
I've heard Bobby say that the Bobby Seale character says things "That I didn't say." and "does things that I didn't do." That's what happens in movies as oppossed to documentaries. You gotta give me more than that Bobby.
Personally I was disappointed with the movie.
But 11 years later I chalk a lot of that disappointment to to extremely high expectations related to Spike's X.
I just bought Panther and X to show my nephews. I just told my wife If they'd made the Panther movie that we wanted to see, it would be above the heads of my nephews 12 and 14.
Panther is 60s Black Power 101, not grad school.
