Message to Ghibli fans: Only Yesterday petition

This message has nothing to do with On Your Mark in particular. It's about another film by the same studio. It was posted here in order to get as much attention as possible from Ghibli fans. Sorry about any trouble or annoyance this may have caused.

Please sign the petition to convince Disney to dub Ghibli's 1991 film "Only Yesterday" into English. This petition was started by Ghibli's largest English-language fansite, nausicaa.net, and we want 500 signatures by the end of November 2007.

edit #1: Well, the petition has been submitted with 566 signatures. I'll keep you all posted on what happens now.

edit #2: It's been over a month and Disney hasn't even written back. I'd like to extend the amount from its current 616 to 1,000.

edit #3: We're switching our tactic from this petition to another one, which is on Turner Classic Movie's (TCM's) webpage. This one is more respected and already has over 2,500 signatures.
