People saying SBM is so much better than NAT

Dramas are not automatically better than dramadies like this. Just because one is "deeper" doesn't make it better than the other. Get over it. They're both good I'm sure, just in different ways, and both are well acted (but personally, I can't get into movies with no girls to relate to).

Boys are immature and needed a mature "oooh, so deep and dark" movie like SBM, and girls are usually more mature and serious so they got a more realistic, light-hearted movie like NAT. Try comparing SBM to Little Women. Just try.

You're right. Both are very different but both amazing movies - SBM is really a masterpiece IMO. Such great story.

NAT is a great flick for women - not just girls, but women as well.

If I compared NAT to Little Women...Little Women would be out on top. It's a fantasic movie.

I compare SBM to Mermaids.

agreed =D this movie was soooo much better than stand by me! girls need a movie for ourselves thats just silly... we have Thirteen and that was... depressing =|

SBM had cute boys but other than that it was weird and too serious. meh.

What people are forgetting is Stand by Me was based on parts of Stephen Kings Childhood. 3/4 of it is pretty much a true story.

You morons have no idea what a good movie is if you can say that NAT is a better movie than SBM. No way in hell, you can say you LIKE it better but to say that is infact a better movie is bull cause SBM is better in every single way and Little Women.

Man, someone's a little crampy today. Moron this, hell that. Grow up, PMS queen. People ARE allowed to like different stuff than you! A foreign concept to little kids but true nonetheless.

Anyway, SBM was overrated. Badly. and who are all these "morons" saying that? I haven't seen many- any- people agree with me, Steffers. Would taking a Midol or 5 also maybe help that blindness?

I personally enjoyed both films. I think they are very similar, however. I feel that NAT is much darker than SBM. It is fair to compare them, I think, because SBM clearly served as an inspiration for NAT.
