I watched this movie only a few weeks ago, and I surprised I'd never heard of it before. I thought it was very well done, and I'm interested in talking to anyone involved in the making of this movie. I just bought this movie from Amazon and watched it last night. I thought the film was extremely good and the actors were excellent especially James Frain whose career I have been following. As the other e-mails state more people should watch this film. The violence was pretty strong and the ending was extremely sad. I do not know the film makers so I cannot help you on that one.
My husband has just written a book on Brendan Behan who died over 40 years ago and in it he goes into a lot of detail on the history of Ireland and how the troubles cam about. I am very pleased with the agreement in Ireland and wish this could happen in Iraq.
