Scary stuff!

This film about a woman who is battling a seemingly-unstoppable rapist, is chilling. No matter what this couple does, the rapist seems to be a step ahead.

I love the ending, who would have seen that coming!

One of Joanna Kerns's best performances.

They're showing this today on Lifetime Movie Channel along with alot of other rape victim movies. I always enjoy seeing these types of movies because it makes me understand how horrible an issue rape is and I love seeing the rapist get what's coming to him.

Joanna Kerns is such an amazing actress. This film really showscases her talent and ability to portray so many emotions with skill and ease. She makes it look so natural, like she really is going through this horror.

Warning: Spoilers to follow...

After the rapist gets away again, a frustrated Jessica smashes away some glasses on the counter and cuts her hand. She is taken to the hospital, gets stitched up, and as she is walking down the corridor, behind one of the stations hidden by a curtain, she hears a doctor talking to a patient... who sounds exactly like the rapist. Her husband, Dan, notices the odd expression on her face and motions over for Det. Coming. Jessica pulls back the curtains, and sitting there, is the man who raped her. He gets apprehended, and subtitles tell us that he was convicted and sentenced to die, as we see Jessica and Dan fishing in a river, laughing, putting the tragedy behind them and getting on with their lives.
