I don't think it has a rating in the U.S. I would guess it would be PG 13 - there is a little profanity and smoking, and because of the themes involved.

as usa is puritained, i guess it is because there is a scene where a woman is just undressing (in regular way, but in panties).

to not shock the usa public.
