Casting Henriksen as 'Jack'

Did anybody else think that it was a mistake to cast Henriksen as Jack? The whole idea of the film is to keep the audience thinking that Jack was the casino robber and Adrian the killer until the very end. However, we're so used to seeing Henriksen in sinister roles that it's hard not to suspect that he's the hatchet man from the get-go.

Replacing him with somebody "softer" would have made it too obvious.

I got news for 'em. There's gonna be hell to pay. 'Cause I ain't Daddy's little boy no more.

Gotta be honest, I was actually taken aback to find out that Jack was the hatchet man, but not entirely surprised. It made a lot of sense really, and Henriksen absolutely owned that role (Roberts turned in an Oscar-worthy performance as Adrian, too).
