Why the judge did not order him to have his sentence served in a DIFFERENT prison. IT was obvious the evil warden would want revenge on him and there was so much negative media coverage and the jury even spoke up for the man with all of that why did the judge choose to send him back to Alcatraz, he could have sent him to San Quenton or something.

His crime was a federal offense and had to be served at a federal prison. Alcatraz was the only federal prison in California at the time.
