Beyond The Black Rainbow (2010)

Much to my surprise, after finally getting around to watching my copy of MR. STITCH last night, I discovered that Panos Cosmatos' BEYOND THE BLACK RAINBOW (2010) directly copies entire sequences, shots, ideas and dialogue from this film! It could almost be called a remake of sorts! Anybody else seen both of these films?
