The actor with the braids is in the terrible movie Shootfighter which came out at around the same time. He get's choked to death with his own dreadlocks.
The fight scenes in that movie are actually pretty enjoyable and some of them are ridiculously violent and gory. One guys gets a hole punched in his chest and his heart ripped out!
The movie's also got Bolo from Bloodsport (this time as a good guy) and the main bully and his instructor from The Karate Kid.
It's a 'so bad it's good' kind of movie. Worth watching for a laugh at some of the worst acting a dialogue in movie history and for the ridiculous fight scenes.
