Importing whole Power Ranger dvds

I am looking to get the 1st 3 seasons of the Power Rangers import over to where I live in the US from a person on ebay, and they have a (1)free shipping option which takes 8-12 days from time of delivery to get to me, or for an extra 25 dollars there is the (2)expedited shipping option which will take 1-2 days from time of delivery to get me, with extra time added on either one of them because of Customs delays. I was wondering which option would be the best to go for, also if anyone has imported from overseas and had those kind of options presented to them, which one was chosen?
