Man of the House vs. Bushwhacked

Which movie do you think is better?

do you mean, which one i should kill myself because of? because that's a hard question.

hmm. never seen 'bushwhacked'. in fact, never heard of it.I'd tell you if i really knew the answer. as soon as i see this 'bushwhacked', i'll let you know what's better.

Well it is difficult to compare the two. JTT is hard to beat, especially with that perfect hair of his. However, D. Stern (and his sex-ed scene) in Bushwacked might have to win out here. I mean, did Chevy Chase wrestle a bear? Or drink a cough syrup cocktail? I think not.

I liked Bushwhacked, and I would gladly watch it again. I saw this in 1996 when I rented it. I don't remember it very well, but I don't remember it being bad. I'd still have to go with Bushwhacked.

Bushwhacked

Thats a great question. I would probably have to pick Man of the House, but just barely beats Bushwacked. Pretty similar movies once the movies venture into the wilderness.

Bushwhacked hands down. This movie is entertaining but it doesn't produce enough laughs like Bushwhacked.

It's hard because Man of the House is PG and Bushwhacked is PG-13. Bushwhacked can easily attract old and young viewers. This is really more geared towards family. I've never seen Bushwhacked as a family film. Way too much cursing and raunchiness. I've always enjoyed it as a family film regardless but I've always watched crazy stuff and R rated movies with my family anyway.

I just saw Man of the House after a long time. I think Bushwhacked is more enjoyable. Man of the House had some nice parts but overall way too corny.

It's a kids movie but the kid is made to look like a selfish punk and you're supposed to feel bad for Chevy Chase who is just trying to be a good father to the kid. I understand kids would feel like JTT but they also just make it like JTT's not very likable and Chevy Chase is just a great guy.

I don't like that because I'd rather be on the kids side of it rather than the kids just being a jerk or selfish

Yeah.

Being 7 when they both came out and seeing both in theaters, I gotta say Bushwhacked is a little better. Daniel Stern's slapstick was unbeatable at that point and time.
