Does Orky die? I remember the poor thing convulsing and lying still at the end and wow it was so depressing I stopped the tape. My mom commented at the time how disturbing it was. So did I miss something? Does Orky or another monster like it reappear near the end? The question of whether Orky actually died has haunted me for years.

He does die but the old Native American guy goes to the totem pole and chants which brings him back to life.

I hope this knowledge will stop the haunting!
