I wonder if it will come out on DVD?

Douptfully, Paramount still has a grudge against Charrles Band (CEO Full Moon & Moonbeam Entertainment). I'm not sure why.

I doubt it will happen any time soon, if at all. I used to wacth this movie so much that the mermaid even wound up into my dream once :)

I think the last time I've seen this movie was like 3-5 years ago. I'll admit that I had forgotten about it until now and am dying to watch it again! :D

I haven't seen it in so long that I barely even remember any of the scenes. All I remember is the pizza tree, the sand shark, and the mermaid.

I haven't seen it since the very early Millennium.

The scene I remember the most is Blackbeard turning into a golden statue at the end of the movie.

That always use to freak me out because of the way he looked when he became one.

Now after reading this board I'm reminded of some other stuff from this like the Sand Sharks, Pizza Tree, Zachery Ty Bryan dragging the mermaid on a carpet, the music. It's all so vague to me now. I must have last seen it 9 years ago. Wow!

I'm gonna try to find it, then watch this now.
I liked this movie as a kid.
