John Candy Died in 1994. Rip. How can they have his voice in it if he is dead?

From what I've read, they recorded the actors voices way back in 1990 or so. Why the project never got released I don't know.

Not just Candy but Madeline Khan died in 1999. This seems like a weird little movie.
